About Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy can help us to make connections between the painful thoughts, feelings and experiences we might be currently undergoing, and events from our past lives. Whether we are meeting individually, in couples or in groups, my aim is to give you a chance to gain self-understanding by offering you a regular, safe and confidential space to help you start to see these connections and make positive and lasting changes to your life. This kind of therapy is not a quick fix. Working towards a greater understanding of your personality can be painful as well as enriching, but my way of working allows all my patients to talk freely about anything that is troubling them, safe in the knowledge that they will not be criticised, dismissed or judged in any way.
